Machine Tool Characteristics
• Ultra-wide base, crafted from a single-piece cast component, delivers exceptional stability, high rigidity, and robust durability. It provides the most reliable load-bearing support, with a non‑overhanging worktable, while the reinforced axis design maximizes both rigidity and stability.
• Herringbone‑shaped columns, with an increased span at the junction between the column and its base, effectively enhance column stiffness and mitigate machining vibrations.
• The Y-axis motor is mounted at the rear, facilitating maintenance and reducing the distance between the operator and the worktable, making it ideal for loading and unloading workpieces and significantly enhancing machining convenience.
• Three-axis precision ball-screw pre‑positioning design delivers timed, metered lubrication to all lubrication points, ensuring uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces and effectively reducing sliding friction.
